General F.A.Q.s

  • You may cancel anytime before you sign the dotted line and pay for your services! Throughout the duration of your services, you can reschedule one appointment free of charge; any additional reschedules will result in a $150 fee. Please give 48 hours notice for rescheduling!

  • I will only share what you’re comfortable sharing! My business is very visual, obviously, and it’s extremely valuable to share client journeys so that future clients can easily see what working with me is all about. If you prefer your client journey isn’t shared, no problem. We’ll discuss your preference during your Discovery Call.

  • Once I receive payment for your services, there will be no refunds. Trust me, you’ll love working together and you won’t regret investing in your magical self!

  • Many of the service packages can be tailored to your brand; after all, you are your brand. If you need an efficient, top to bottom transformation, I would recommend the Signature Spotlight. If you’re at the beginning of your business journey and want to take your time and explore your brand, the Inside Out Style Course is for you. If you need a refresh on your brand, the Signature Style Guide is perfect. Book a discovery call to chat about which option is best for you.

  • Fabulous! If you’re local to the Pittsburgh area, we can make any and all of your appointments happen in person. If you’re remote, I have travel options for you. Areas within a 4 hour driving distance incur a $1500 travel fee to cover lodging, per diem, and travel. Areas further than 4 hours driving distance incur a travel fee starting at $3000; this number is subject to increase depending on the area. (Note: Inside Out Style Course is a fully virtual offer.)

  • Yes! There are several days each month that are devoted to those who would like to have their colors done. Although, once you start with colors, I have a sneaky feeling you’ll want to learn more! Make sure to check out the Signature Style Guide package with color!

  • This is the 21st century, darling, of course I do. The only service that I have to do in person is color analysis. We can still get you fabulous style across the screen! Check out my full suite of services available for my digital darlings.

Signature Subscription F.A.Q.s

  • If you are an existing client who has worked with me through Color Analysis and Style Analysis, Closet Clarity and Shopping (virtual or in person), you’re eligible! If you’re still unsure send me an email at alex@wearyoursignature.com

  • 3-5 Personalized Finds based on your shopping list, 2-3 outfits using the pieces that worked, text and photo support throughout the month with me for direct feedback on the pieces!

  • If you’re also doing shopping and closet clearing of your own and want my feedback, use the Style Support Video Calls. You can book up to three of these hour long calls per month at a cost of $150/call.

  • Great! If your shopping needs are a bit more urgent or extensive, let’s get in touch about an a la carte Shopping appointment, these can be done in person or virtually.

  • The Signature Subscription is booked quarterly so we have time to tackle your shopping needs with care for your wallet and your closet. If your shopping needs are more urgent or extensive, let’s chat about an a la carte virtual or in person shop.

  • No, but you may use the Style Support Video Calls for more extensive feedback. These are billed at $150/session and you can book up to 3 per month.

  • Your Signature Subscription will cost $250/month or $750 total for the quarter. This Signature Subscription is booked quarterly or for 3 months minimum. You can add up to 3 Style Support Calls per month for $150/session if you want additional style help!

  • Yes, queen! The style course is designed to take a much deeper dive into your style and empower you to use it for yourself.

  • The power of this work comes from the deep intimacy and safety to explore our inner voices, body architecture, and personal style. To maintain intimacy, the group will be no larger than 3 women.

  • Yes, of course! You’ll be provided with a templated guide within Canva for you to edit as you wish.

  • This is 100% virtual!

  • We’ll pick a date and time for meetings based on what works for the group after you enroll.

  • To keep the community dynamic that’s so special to this coursework and to make a commitment to each other, we’ll be here together for the full 6 months. If that length doesn’t float your boat, you may be looking for the Signature Style Guide or the Signature Spotlight package.

  • Any of the following services are available for you even after the course ends. We can do color analysis, a closet edit, in-person or virtual shopping, outfit creation session for a specific event or to get you out of a style rut, and/or any custom branding work.   • The Inside Out Style Course is $4,000 when paid in full or 6 monthly payments $666.67.

  • Yes, this service is held in person. While some parts can be virtual, we have to be in person for color analysis. Inquire about travel options!

  • Your brand is really your reflection of you and your gifts, so we’ll do a personal exploration, then add specific business needs on top of it to shape the services with a branding lens.

  • Yes! We already have a lot of the groundwork laid, but it’s always good to revisit this stuff anyway. Maybe you’ve gone through an older version of style and color with me and you want to capture this information in a tangible document you can see. We’ll revisit your inner voices and match them up with the archetypes.

  • Sure isn’t! As you evolve, so can your Signature Style Guide. It’s a living, breathing, document.

  • Contact me to update. In a continued service, we can discuss changes in a 2 hour max appointment to update your guide together.

  • Maybe you need a page for branding or formal wear or makeup. You can add new pages to your guide in a continued service.

  • Your brand is really your reflection of you and your gifts, so this personal exploration is the first part and then we add specific business needs on top of it. Think of this as your branding style guide.

  • This service can take place in person or virtually so you can have a fully organized style guide from anywhere.

  • Your Signature Style Guide is $850. Package it with color analysis if you’re a new client for $1,245. Payment plans are available; schedule a Discovery Call to discuss these options.
